SERVICES

The facilities and services are provided by MAKAL are as follows:

  • Payment gateway: if you are making payment through payment gateway, you understand that the payment gateway is provided by third party and governed by the terms and conditions provided by such third party. You are responsible in that event you violate any of the terms and conditions of such third party in making your donation. MAKAL will not be responsible for any such errors of default in making your donations.
  • MAKAL will be only responsible only for the cause you have donated. MAKAL will make every effort to ensure that the donation is utilize foe the purpose.

REFUND POLICY

  • All donations are made through MAKAL are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact MAKAL immediately if there are justifying reasons or circumstances for refund and your case may be reviewed on a best-efforts basis and decision of MAKAL will be final.
  • You will receive an email conforming your donation to the cause. This is the final confirmation of your donation. If you have not received please contact MAKAL immediately.
  • MAKAL reserve the right at any time from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently on the donation facility with or without notice
