MAKAL is a national non-profit organization registered under the Bihar Societies Registration Act (21 of 1960). Established in 2007, it works for social development, women empowerment, education, health, environment, and disaster relief across various regions of India.

Yes. All donations made to Manav Kalyan Ekta Sansthan (MAKAL) are eligible for tax exemption under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
The organization is registered under:

  • Section 12A – for recognition as a charitable institution, and
  • Section 80G – for tax exemption benefits on donations.

Donors will receive an official donation receipt that can be used for claiming tax benefits as per government regulations.
